Quality policy
The H&K Müller Company has been working on the processing of thermoplastics since 1934 and was thus one of the pioneering plastic injection moulding processors. In more than 70 years we have developed and further developed a range of technical services, which is permanently determined by the needs of customers from the most diverse industries.
Quality was, and is, an essential characteristic of our products. Despite this there is always the need to implement improvements. Quality must come first in all our activities. Only then are we able to supply our customers with top class products and to secure our reputation. In this case the quality awareness of the employees is the key to the fulfilment of our goals. We demand and promote this awareness and its implementation in the day to day work.
Our success on the market is not just due to the technical quality of our products but also to the clarity and reliability of our working processes and business sequences.
The success of our company is determined to a decisive extent by consistently focusing on the needs of our customers and of the ultimate consumers. Short run, manufacturing and delivery times are indispensable to increase our competitiveness as flexibility, speed and reliability are the criteria that will dominate the market now and in the future.
Decisions are already irrevocably made concerning the quality, costs and effectiveness during the consultation and development phase of the products to be manufactured. For this reason effective planning, which is based on the customer’s needs and the market requirements, is imperative.
Our top objective must be to avoid errors. The instruments and procedures that are necessary to this end are described in our QM manual and should enable our employees to meet their quality requirements and indeed by means of the application and further development of our process descriptions and instructions. Everyone has the obligation and the right to demand that only perfect products are supplied to our customers.
In this process our managers bear a special responsibility. Quality management is a permanent orientation process; for this reason our activities, organisational forms and methods which influence the quality must be constantly inspected in terms of their effectiveness and adapted. In this process the focus of these considerations to attain our quality goals must be upon customer satisfaction and the strengthening of our competitive position with products and services of impeccable quality.
